Not many 15 year olds would feel comfortable interviewing world leaders, but Nikki Lilly (@nikkililly_) has a technique for keeping things casual. “I approach my interviews with ‘big’ people as conversations,” says the vlogger and TV presenter, who has her own interview series, “Nikki Lilly Meets.” Nikki started making videos when she was 8 as a distraction from arteriovenous malformation (AVM), a rare condition caused by irregular connections between arteries and veins.⁣ ⁣ “I hope people take away the message that they are enough,” says Nikki. “I want people to know that their circumstances don’t define whether their dreams can come true. Your current situation isn’t your final destination. In order to have the rainbow you have to overcome the rain.” 🌈 ⁣ ⁣ This month, we’re looking to the future with #2020Vision.
